That tap is the legal-style hand-over. Before it, the client can still cancel. After it, Admin handles exceptions. No second driver in MVP.
The token is random, hashed, and only works when the job is waiting at destination. One confirmation becomes proof of delivery.
Pending people cannot operate. Vehicles must be approved before Available. Live jobs and audit sit in one console.
